How to Cook

Easy Method:

1. Add 2 Tsp Multigrain Health Mix to One glass of Warm milk.

2. Add Salt or Jaggery/Sugar, Depending on your taste

3. Stir well to mix thoroughly and Drink.

For the Best Result follow the below method:

1. Wash your hands

2. Ensure to use a clean Utensils

3. Add 3/4 cup milk to a utensil and boil

4. Add 30g (2 tbsp) multigrain Health Mix and in a separate glass or bowl and mix with 100 Ml water and stir to avoid lumps. Add more water to the mix if required to get a watery consistency

5. Add Multigrain Mix from the glass/bowl to the boiling milk

6. Cook on a medium flame for 5- 8 minutes & continuously stir to avoid lumps

7. Add Salt or Jaggery/Sugar, Depending on your taste and Mix Well

8. Cool to room temperature and drink
